The items page lists three sample reference pieces. If a reader proceeds with an order through the contact page, the lines below describe how a return or exchange may be arranged.
2. Time window
A return may be requested within fourteen calendar days of receipt. The countdown begins on the day the package arrives at the address you provided.
3. Item condition
- The item should be unused and in its original packaging.
- Any included accessories should be returned together.
- Items showing wear that goes beyond inspection may be eligible for a partial refund.
4. How to start a return
Please open the contact page and write a short message that includes the order reference, the item name, and a brief reason. The team will reply with a return address and any next steps.
5. Refund method
Once the returned item has been received and reviewed, the refund is sent back to the original payment method. The transfer time depends on the bank and payment provider involved.
6. Shipping costs
- For incorrect or damaged items, return shipping is covered by us.
- For change-of-mind returns, the reader pays the return shipping.
- Original shipping fees are refunded only when the item is incorrect or damaged.
7. Exchanges
An exchange may be arranged if the same item is available. If the requested item is not available, the team will offer a refund instead.
8. Items not eligible for return
Custom-made or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless they have arrived damaged or with a clear defect.
